CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to contact someone who could use a good hair day! All clients are required to give a 48 hour notice of any changes or cancellations to their appointment. This ensures that you and other guests receive the best possible experience with us. Violators of this policy are subject to a fee of 50% of the service total. Guests who do not show up at all for their services will be required to pay 100% of their scheduled service fee.
